We want Little Layflat on every family trip. If it isn't right for you, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to return: contact us through the Contact page or by replying to your order confirmation email with your order number. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Items should be returned clean and in their pouch.

Refunds: once we receive and check your return, we'll refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You'll get an email when the refund is issued.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges: if you'd like a different pack size, return the item and place a new order.
